set top box provided by mirza cable, proprieter -brojen choudhury does not receives any signal and when asked for a replacement is asking charging extra rupees seven hundred . the earlier set top box was also bought with Rs 1250/-. low quality of set top box is provided. moreover no appropiate money receipt is provided by the operator for the monthly cable charge
