I have applied for new conection more than 5 month befor.about 2 month befor i got a letter for verification.then i brout that letter to bhiwadi.they said in 7-8 days some one will verify your adress & oter documents on your flat.then i m waiting & calling again for lost 15days but their is no

SBI , UIT Bhiwadi Branch disbursed loan to the Car Dealer without delivery of the Car by Dealer. I am suprised and shocked to see that without collateral , how come they can disburse a loan ?
