My Product is Not Delivered Yet

Dear Sir/Madam,
I bought a refrigerator on 26.4.22 (Tuesday) from the Great Eastern Retail Private Limited: Kanchrapara, paid them the full amount on the same day, they have no COD option, and told them that I have an urgency I need the delivery on the next day, but they said they can't deliver the product on the next day but they will deliver the product on Thursday. On Thursday no information I got from their side about the delivery status, so I called them that day and the salesperson (Debabrata Banarjee), Contact Number --> +91 8013407271 / +91 7439937006, first told me that they can't tell us when the delivery I will get, just said on the delivery day I will get a dispatch message on my phone number, even they have no order tracking system, after arguing with him, later on, he said within 3/4 days I will get the delivery, so 4th day is Saturday, today, 30.4.22, till now I didn't receive the delivery yet, it is afternoon now. I called them but the salesperson (Debabrata Banarjee) first in the morning said that I will get the delivery today for sure, but now is afternoon, yet I didn't receive any dispatch message from their side, so I called the salesperson again but now he is saying he is not sure and telling me to call him after 30minutes to know whether the delivery today I will get or not. Now after 30minutes I called the salesperson again and now he is saying wait for another day but till now he is not sure when I will get my delivery. What is this? What a so bad, frustrating Delivery Service, Customer service, and Sales Service is this. Such a Frustrating situation for me. They only care about their sales, they have no interest in the delivery of the product, always they are saying something new lie, they are careless about the delivery service, customer service, after-sale service. I have a function in my house and for that, I need the refrigerator and that's why I bought it in hurry.
So I am requesting to you sir/madam please contact them as soon as possible and tell them to give the delivery today, and if not possible today then please give me the delivery tomorrow 1.5.22 (Sunday) for sure, because I have a function in my house. Please help me sir/madam, get me out of this most frustrating situation.
