Dear Sir,
With reference to above following irrefutable facts are brought to your notice:
1) Myself MUKESH KUMAR having a valid PAN No. AKSPK5067B has neither account with the ICICI BANK nor availed any kind of loan from the ICICI BANK.
2) That I came to know about aforesaid fraud / anamoly when applied to SBI BRANCH
(SBIN0007182) NAPP Township, PO NAPP NARORA, Bulandshahr
for a home loan of Rs. 30 Lakh.
3) That shocked with the said unprofessional approach I had to investigate & my personal efforts revealed that other person namely Mukesh Kumar having PAN No -AERPK1332A was sanctioned loan amount - 35 lakh on dated 28 - 01 - 15 by the ICICI Bank Sector 50, Noida.
4) That on processing the loan file the SBI has rejected home loan by citing the CIBIL RECORD that is that a Loan of - 35 lakhs already sanctioned in my name on 28 - 01 - 15 when ICICI BANK record will show that I am even remotely not connected with the said loan account.
5) That due to aforesaid negligence and unprofessional approach I have been subjected to mental agony and financial harrassment as the SBI is reluctant to sanctioned the loan because of aforesaid anamoly in CIBIL records.
The ICICI BANK is solely responsible for the consequent damages as the builder has imposed 10% penalty for the delay in payment and likely to forfeit the amount already paid to the builder if balance amount isn't paid immediately.
In view of above prior to approaching appropriate authority /forums I would prefer to get the complaint examined and redressed by the ICICI BANK hence request for following relief:
i) Please correct the CIBIL record and provide the certificate to this effect.
ii) Please award Rs. 5 Lakh towards compensation for the mental agony and financial harrassment caused to this citizen.
iii) A written apology from the guilty officers and or details of examplary penalties imposed on the guilty officers.
