We can wait every day 1or 2 hr daily wait but they didn't go on time and then suddenly they mean 717 buses go together I complained to service officer he already drink he don't no any thing about the buses this is everyday happened please help us

Cluster bus no 5164 timings 9.30 am from airport to uttam nagar via shahbad mohd pur .I have taken ticket no 79078 rs 15.i have to get down shahbad mohd pur. But driver said it will not go via shahbad mohd pur and turn to left side dwarka sec 1.i said I ragular coming from same bus 772 and each day I get down to shahbad mohd pur why today it will not go via shahbad mohd pur.he said it never goes from there.pls make a complaint against him.conductor also said I don't know the route..my telephone number is 9582475358. बस रूट संख्या 102 पर ब से बढ़ाई जाए क्योंकि आधे घंटे के बाद एक बस जनता को मिल पाती है बस रूट संख्या 123 को पुरानी दिल्ली रेलवे स्टेशन तक किया जाए जिससे कि यात्रियों को उचित सुविधा प्राप्त हो सके। बस रूट संख्या 11 को चलाया जाए जिसमें दो बसों का प्रावधान है क्लस्टर बस सर्विस कब आया राणा प्रताप बाग से कमला नगर रूपनगर मौरिस नगर से हंसराज कॉलेज मलका गंज गली डाकखाना थाना सब्जी मंडी आईएसबीटी लाल किला जामा मस्जिद तक का पुराना रूट है इसका रूट बस रूट संख्या 102 की ही तरह है केवल जीपीओ से बस सीधा वाया जामा मस्जिद तक है धन्यवाद कृपया उपरोक्त समस्या का हल तुरंत करें जिससे कि स्थानीय निवासियों को अच्छी सुविधा प्राप्त हो सके

Driver is so rude and tried to through away the PESSANGER from bus. I tried to write complaint on complaint book but conductor refuses to provide the complaint book. The incident was happened ob 11.3.21 at 19:00 hours at old delhi rly station. When i saw no scope to complaint then i puse the red button (emergency) which was in the bus. Plz take some strict action against the driver and conductor

Dear sir,
Bus route no_ 817,DL1PD0695.time_12.00 pm.
मैंने बाली नगर स्टॉप पर najafgarh जाने के लिए इस बस ड्राइवर को रोका लेकिन यह ड्राइवर overtake करके स्पीड से बस को ले गया जिसमें पूरी सिटिंग भी नहीं थीं, मैं ओर मेरी बेटी बहुत समय से बस का इंतजार कर रहे थे!
यह बसें दिल्ली की जनता के लिए है या इनकी ड्यूटी hours / kilometres के लिए है, जब ये बस वाले (conduter/driver) सवारी को नहीं लेने तो इन्हें घर पर रहने दीजिए.
कृपया करके इस ड्राइवर ओर कन्डक्टर के खिलाफ सख्त से सख्त कार्रवाई की जाए!

बस न. DLIPD 4986 रूट न. 886 (नजफगढ़ से मेहरौली ) के चालक के सम्बंध में by Vinit:

निवेदन यह है कि मैं उपरोक्त बस का प्रतिदिन का यात्री हुँ। जिसका समय सुबह 08 :00 बजे नजफगढ़ से मेहरौली जाने का होता है। किन्तु इसका चालक संदीप सेहरावत कभी भी समय पर बस नहीं चलाता। कभी 08:20 तो कभी 08:30 पर बस चलाता है। और यदि यात्री उस से चलने के लिए निवेदन करते है तो वह यात्रिओं के साथ ठीक से व्यव्हार नहीं करता। और अगर बहुत निवेदन के बाद अगर बस चलता है तो उसे बिना किसी स्टैंड के रोक कर जगह जगह पर खड़ा कर देता है और बहुत ही धीरे धीरे बस चलाने लगता है जिसके कारण बस के ज्यादातर सभी यात्री अपने कार्यालय निर्धारित समय पर नहीं पहुँच पाते। साथ ही दिल्ली सरकार के नियमानुसार एक बस में सिटिंग के साथ 50 % यात्री यात्रा कर सकते है किन्तु संदीप सेहरावत बस खाली होने पर भी यात्रिओ को बस स्टैंड से बस में नहीं चढ़ाता है। और संदीप सेहरावत जी कहते है कि "सरकार हमें वेतन नहीं दे रही तो मैं तो ऐसे ही बस चलाऊंगा जिसे बोलना है बोल दो मैं नहीं डरता।"
अतः महोदय आपसे निवेदन यह है कि उपरोक्त चालक को बस रूट 886 से किसी और बस रूट पर लगा दिया जाये एवं आपसे अनुरोध है कि इन्हे बस रूट 539 जो नजफगढ़ से मेहरौली की होती है पर भी चालक के रूप में ना लगाया जाये
