I recently got scammed by PVR Cinemas wherein I made the payment of INR 726 twice through GPAY and once through cash. The cinema told me they arent receiving the payment made from my GPAY account that is linked to my SBI account. However to bring to your attention, the amount got deducted from my account twice and was successfully deposited into their HDFC account. Upon talking to a GPAY representative, I was informed that the payment has been successful and they are indeed scamming me.
