This is to inform you that yesterday I serviced my ciaz zeta automatic through pick & drop service medium. This is my second service experience with Nexa. My First service experience with Nexa was worst and in this matter I gave feedback to Maruti Suzuki as on 14.02.2018 and that time the service manager Mr. Manmohan gave me 100% assurity that next time you will not face the casual approach from our side, but yesterday when driver Mr. Depender handed over my car at my house then he demanded rs 640/- and handed over my car without key.
He said me the key is in the car. I was shocked to hear this type of things. When I checked my car there was no key in the car. I told driver to search the key. Driver told me the car is starting that means the key is in the car but the driver search the key for more than 30 min but he was unable to find the key. After that me and my friend searched the whole car for more than a hour but we were unable to find the same. I was getting late to drop my special guest so I searched my second key and went to station tpo drop my guest and due to this type of casual approach by nexa my special guest reserved(2nd class) train was missed. That time I was harassing very badly. I informed to Mr. Asif. Manmohan and other executive regarding the matter of key. They told me that next day our service partner with mechanic will come to your home to find the key which is in the car. But Today 3 members of nexa service centre came to my house and they searched whole car for more than 1 hour still same situation is their they were unable to find the key in the car.
Then they suggested me we are taking you car to the service centre to find the key. I agreed for the same.
In service station they open my whole car with gear box and after 2 hours Mr. Manmohan called me and said me that we found the key. I asked the reason but he was unable to give genuine reasons and cut the phone. After 1 hour driver handed over my car with key then I asked reason he told me due to internal dispute of employee/mechanic one of them hide your key in gear box console. I was really shocked after hearing this type of nonsense. This is not a mistake it was done intentionally and I am not interested to hear the reason behind the dispute. But it is my second service and in this service their is only washing and wheel alignment and mileage checkup. Then what was the reason to open gear console and other deeper part of my car. I didn’t accept this type of casual approach. Due to this type of stupid harassment me and my family are totally harass i.e by fuel, time, money and reputation in front of my guest. Is this is a way to satisfy your valuable customer? This type of nuisance creates harassment towards your valuable customer. So request you kindly look into this matter at the earliest otherwise I am enforced to take legal action against Nexa and escalated this issue upto the Concerned Ministry level.
I need a call back for the same from higher management and what action will you take to compensate this penalisation. Also i need action taken for this matter and step taken so that next time i will not face this issue.

ir, I sent this mail to maruti suzki and concerned staaf as on 25 july 2018 but non of them taking this matter seriously. I will not tolerate this type of nonsense, The, manager and employees members of Nexa Service center are making fraud day by day. They open my car and its part without my permission. I pay 11.50 Lac to open my car like this. whether they theft my original part of car or replace the same. and I am Damn sure this type of fraud you People are also doing with other customers. This is not a matter of Key it is a matter of illegal activities done with intention by Nexa employees. The driver name mr. Dependra have a lot of proof reg. Illegal activities are going in Nexa service center. So I request you kindly look into this matter and do needful for me.
