Please note that Ola Cab - Driver, Mr. Sandeep Kr Singh, Ola Prime Sedan, Dzire Tour, WB054559,Operator State/UT: West Bengal taken more money forcefully from me of Rs. 844.00 instead of Rs. 529.00 which is booked at 6.42 am dt: 22.10.2019.
Please note that I am not able to communicate with Ola Cab services as their all customer care number is not functioning.
Hence, they inform me thru e-mail that they are sorry for the same but not refunded the amount of Rs. 315.00 which is taken access from me.
You are requested to take legal action for this kind of fraud service from Ola cabs/ ANI Technologies and instruct them to refund the amount of Rs. 315.00 in my bank account.
