I booked a cab from Uber and asked the driver to on the AC, he denied, dropped me back and started abusing me. I complaint to Uber, the support lady also heard the way he was abusing me. Such drivers should be banned as they are threat to the society. He could have harmed me if I would be alone. Please take strick action and ban his licence
