Hello Sir,
The online travel booking website www.goibibo.com has not returned back my money of Rs. 2097 against purchase of bus tickets from Kolhapur to Mumbai on 15th February 2020 against Booking ID: GOBUSAND33b31856f1 and Operator PNR No. TS200214224521453443YTYU/117009. The bus operator Konduskar travels has already returned the money to Goibibo for cancellation of bus service, please see attached credit note proof. But Goibibo has not returned the money to me inspite of clearly stating on their own website and app that Gocash added through top-ups and cancellation refunds has no expiry (Please see attached image of Goibibo FAQS). So the money that I recieved from cancellation refund is showing expired on August 2020 (Please see attached image for Go Cash balance). Because of the pandemic I have not been able to travel and use the Gocash balance. According to their return policy stated on website and app refund against any cancellation does not have expiry. I have followed up several times and sent emails to Goibibo but their customer service is pathetic and is duping people of their hard earned money by committing online fraud. I have not received the refund amount of Rs. 2097 yet in my Gocash account. My registered mobile number provided for this booking was 9619221264 and email id is ashichavan.09@gmail.com
Request you to please help and look into this matter urgently. I am hoping that you will be able to resolve this complaint and help me get back the refund from Goibibo.
