Online transfer not reversed in spite of frozen at the wrong beneficiary account

I have been running from pillar to post for a refund informed them several times through emails, WhatsApp, phone, in person when my relationship manager came, visiting branch and etc.
Till today they are giving vague answers and unable to process even after 4 months.
