I had transferred my money Rs.4000 from my account to another but the transaction had failed.
So I contacted PNB for the same and they said that the complain is under process and I will be refunded.
But now it has been 1 month and I havent got the refund yet and upon contacting the bank,they dont respond.
Please help me get my money back.
