I want to log compliant about Air Asia Refund policy, flight cancellation due to COVID 19 Pandemic
My wife with Kid journeys was scheduled from Bangalore-Bhopal on April,15 2020 with Air Asia, and ticked booked via IRCTC website. Total amount was 6189 INR
Due to Pandemic lockdown i had to cancel that journey(Flights also not functioning in same period) and requested IRCTC to cancellation (find mail trail for same)
I was surprised while i got amount refunded to only 588 INR whereas Ticket booked amount was 6189 INR.
Flight companies are simply looting in this natural calamities, requested DGCA also to look into matter and tack action against such SCAM but not get any response so far
I am expecting more refund amount. Please find attachment of ticket mentioned booked amount
