Duplicate product, order for purchasing Sweat Slim Belt

After watching advt on TV, I placed an order for purchasing Sweat Slim Belt (ref phone no. +09220004141) and received it through jain Enterprises, Jaipur on payment of Rs.1990/- within one day of placing the order, on 25th Nov’16. When the belt was delivered at my residence, I was not available. Hence the packet was handed over to my son. On my return, when I opened the packet, I found that the size of the belt is only 41 inches, whereas my waist size is 32 inches ! Immediately I had called up the following mobile nos. – 07267827930 (local delivery person who came to my residence); (2) (local contact person who called on my cell no. before delivery of the product) and (3) 9029000011,9029000044 (customer care no. printed on the bill), and expressed my concerns and dissatisfaction with the product and asked them to change the sweat slim belt immediately.
On receiving my call, initially they said – “o.k. we will send our person to exchange the sweat slim belt with the belt of your waist size within two / three days.” Thereafter, I had sent at least 15 sms / made 25-30 calls on all the three nos. But in most of the occasions they had not picked up my phone or disconnected the no. without responding. This is an intentional behaviour with deceitful & malafide intent. From 25th Nov, 2016 to 20th dec.’16 they had never shown their face or expressed any kind on intention to exchange the product. It’s quite evident that these guys are into a fraudulent business and now that they are not responding to NY OF my phone calls, I do not know what to do now. Hence, I desperately look forward to your advise in this context.
