I purchased a washing machine from vijay sales 2 weeks ago. The sales person of the vijay sales said that "anything happens to the washing machine. We will take the responsibility and the customer will not have to call the videocon company and need not worry as well." just after 2 to 3 days of purchase, i immediately raised a complaint as my washing machine was faulty. I reported the problem the problem to the vijay sales customer service, they noted down and there was reply for a week. After one week i again called up vijay sales for the status of the complaint. Then they book a technician visit for that faulty machine. Technician came inspected the washing machine and said that washing machine is faulty. He said that i will get a call back from videocon company. But probably i did not recognise the call from videocon hence i missed their call. So they closed the conplaint without resolving the issue. Again i called vijay sales and logged a fresh complaint. Again the technician came and said the same thing that washing machine is faulty and he was insisting to repair it. But i denied it because i purchased a brand new product and not a refurbished product. Today morning i got a call from videocon company that i will not get a replacement for that product and instead i will get a repair for the same. So again i denied. They are not ready to replace my product and say that i have made the delay in replacement procedure. Instead they themselves made the vijay sales and videocon. Vijay sales took a weeks time to book the technician visit. And than technician came after two to three days and just because i did not answered their one call, they closed that complaint but they couldn't call me on my alternate number and did not even called me twice. And then the same procedure again technician visit. Now they are not ready to give me replacement for that product as they gave me a faulty product. Vijay sales said that customer need not worry and doesn't have to contact the company. Now the scene is that vijay sales have removed their hands out of this issue and they are not helping me anymore to get my product replaced. They have made a false promise to me. Fault is that there is leakage in the spinning tub of my washing machine. They want it to be repaired as for them its a minor issue and not a major. But as a customer for me there is no minor or major. I have purchased a brand new washing machine so it should be proper. Nor with major or minor faults in it. Request this department to help me with this. I had called on 8422843304, this person is from Videocon and he was helpless. Than I called another number 7039041101, this person is also from Videocon. He said that he will send someone to inspect the Washing Machine for the last time. I guess 2 visits of the Videocon Technician is not enough hence third and final visit is required?
