Complaint about Idea prepaid to airtel postpaid and My number is not been activated

Recently I have ported from Idea prepaid to airtel postpaid. I have submitted the documents on 09 Sep 2016 and my number got activated on 16 Sep 2016 as mentioned by you.
Then the issue started. I was not able to receive calls, send/receive messages but I was able to make calls.
It took two days for you to tell the reason that there was a circle mismatch. I had to suffer for 5 days. I had to visit head office in Santhome all the way from Sirucheri bearing two LOP.
They gave me a new SIM card and told me that the already existing SIM will be deactivated and the new SIM will be activated in 24-48 hours.
Again issue started. None of the people either in customer care or airtel store told me that I have to be available for verification.First time my verification was positive but there was a circle mismatch.
Then why you need verification second time as well. Stating this as reason you disconnected my services.
Then again I visited Santhome office then told me that I am a bachelor and I had to be available for verification and they cant do anything when the SIM is active.
I had to wait for 2 days for my number to be deactivated and then again I visited airtel velachery store for address re-verification.
This time I asked the verification guy to come during specified time and he came and everything was success.
Again issue started on 28 Sep 2016.Without any intimation you disconnected my out going service.
Now when I call 121 they told me address verification failed.
Again I have to visit nearby airtel store to know the reason.
Here are the series of incidents happened during the entire process.
09 Sep 2016 - I checked airtel site for postpaid offers and registered my number
09 Sep 2016 - In less than 30 minutes executive called and asked whether he can come to collect the documents. Because of heavy rain he didn't come.
12 Sep 2016 - Executive came to my room and collected the documents and joining charges 350/-
12 Sep 2016 - I got a message saying my new SIM will be activated on so and so date. Address verification is successful.
16 Sep 2016 - You dactivated my idea sim and airtel got activated but only out going.
17 Sep 2016 - No full services
18 Sep 2016 - No full services(you idetified the cause)
19 Sep 2016 - Visited Airtel store for new SIM card and got new SIM card.
20 Sep 2016 - My new airtel SIM got activated with all the services
22 Sep 2016 - Received SMS saying my address verification in negative.Same day visited airtel office but they told me that re-verification is possible only after barring the service.
24 Sep 2016 - Outgoing barred and visited Velachery store for re-verification. Immediately my services are activated
26 Sep 2016 - No one came for verification. Airtel store people told not required.
27 Sep 2016 - Airtel verification guy came to my room and verified everything.
28 Sep 2016 - Again my outgoing barred without any intimation. Called 121 and they told me that address verification is negative. They asked me to visit nearby airtel store for the cause.
29 Sep 2016 - Outgoing still barred have to visit airtel store bearing another half day LOP.
04 Oct 2016 - Again my received a message saying my out going calls will be barred.
After 4th October I am not able to use my number.
23 Oct 2016 - Submitted documents in airtel store to convert my number to prepaid.
24 Oct 2016 - Visited and reminded but the case is with backend team and waiting for their approval.
26 Oct 2016 - Visited the showroom second time bu still they told me that they are waiting for back-end approval.
Please look into my issue and help me as I already wasted my time/money and I lost peace of mind because of this issue.
