I am Mr. Pradip Kumar Dey, Sr. Advocate, High court, Calcutta and Sr. Counsel Govt. of India. We reside in Madhyamgram, Kolkata, West Bengal.
I would like to draw your attention;

That My Wife today travelled on an OLA cab at 11:15am (attached the Invoice herewith). I booked a Mini OLA which showed Rs. 349.00 till my destination. They sent us a Prime Sedan !! That’s not my fault……
Before this booking, today I booked an Ola cab and the driver named Arghya Das refused to come (I have voice recording as a proof).Then, immediately another booking was done which shows Rs. 349 to my destination. I accept that booking.
When she arrived at the place it started to show Rs. 549.00 !!
Moreover, now when I saw the Invoice I noticed there was a Convenience fee of Rs. 120.00 !! I don't know what kind of Cheating business started by OLA !! Simply, they increased Rs. 200.00 !! I was surprised to see this CHEATING business by OLA !! I will now post this whole scenario to social media so that the common people have come to know about their Fraud business. I will start a big protest if you are not reverting the EXTRA Rs. 200.00 money to my OLA Account.
In the facts and circumstances as stated above I would request you to reimburse the extra money of Rs. 200.00 within five working days from the date of communication of this letter, failing which I shall compel to take appropriate legal steps against you before the appropriate court of law.
