Police Complaint Akilesh Kumar Pandey Fraud Online Transaction

Its further to Police Complaint Acknowledgement No. 969/16 dt. 05.11.2016 (Mahadevapura Police Station, bangalore) I had received a call from 8933026409 on 4.35pm (dated 02.11.2016) in my mobile number, where he said we are calling from bank online reward points department and he asked the credit card details for the purpose of giving additional reward points and cash back. I gave the card number and he asked the CVV & OTP when i checked the SMS completely till the transaction done. After he told me within 2 days the reward points will credit in your card. After 2 days later (4.11.2016) i checked & the amount of Rs.19500 debited in my card. I checked with bank, they told the amount transaction done in some other merchant, immediately i blocked my card with help of bank executive. I tried to contact that person but the mobile no. comes switched off.
Please request you to help me on this matter to get back the amount.

And November 17th,
I got a call from ICICI customer call (1800 102 4242 - Pankaj) at 12.15pm (17.11.2016). 15 days back someone misused my credit card & transaction made of Rs.19500. So we are return back to you the amount in your account. So we want to confirm your debit card & credit card number (16 digit). So i given the number after it debited Rs.12000 from debit card & Rs.14000 from credit card.
