We took a voucher from nearby for hair color and they assured us that they would be using only branded products but instead they used cheap quality product. We took an appointment 4 days before and they said it will maximum take 2 hours whereas they made us wait 7 hours in the parlour. When we arrived home we saw their were 3 different shades of color in our hair and when we complained about it by facebook message they asked us to come to the parlor. When we arrived they just said we did not call our customer service department is somewhere else. This was a pure harassment. Which parlor works separately from customer helpdesk? Even if it does is their no coordination between them? The color started to bleed in just 2 days. The whole color from dark brown has changed to golden color in just 1 week. Have used branded hair colors before too. Never the color fades so early or else no one would had preferred it. The staffs were too rude. My whole hair is a mess.
