Hi Team,
i have ordered two water bottle from Steelo online shopping site on 15 may, but they did not provide my order or not returning my Money, there is no cancellation option.i have called many times to the customer care number but they not providing any solution.
i request you to help me to resolve this issue.

Hello sir/madam,
My name is Animesh Chandra Datta. I have ordered a Logitech keyboard mouse combo of model no Mk220 and my order id no is 5301817937 which i have ordered on 4th June,2018 and the product delhivrd on 7th June. Due to some reason i have requested a return request on 9th june, Saturday. I have got proper pickup notification by message from both paytm and the pickup courier company Bluedart, which is scheduled on 9th. But due to some network issue the courier boy can't contact to me after only one time trial.
Now on that situation at 13th june i have got a message and mail from paytm that Bluedart has reported to paytm that the returned product is so much damaged and accessories are missing as the pick up is not yet been held actually.
On that i have called the customer care number of paytm so many times but i haven't get any reply feom them.
Now i am going to attach some of the original product picture please have a look on it.
In that situation what is procedure i should follow. Is it the best way that i send this mail with all attachments to the consumer forum? Or i wait a proper reply from you.
