Sir,
Deeply regret to mention that UrbanClap (online service provider company) have registered a company namely - HOME OLIVE INTERIOR & DESIGNER Ghaziabad with wrong verification. The actual owner of the company is SUNNY VERMA whereas the company has been registered in the name of Babloo Singh a Car Driver. However we had entrusted a repair and renovation work of my house at Vasundhara to Sunny Verma as per UrbanClap recommendations for a total sum of Rs. 9.12 lacs in February 2019. After doing a little work in the premises of approx. Rs. 2.70 lacs, Sunny Verma had taken an excess amount of Rs. 7.70 lacs from us on the pretend to purchase substantial good quality material for the house. Above amount has been paid to him through cheques itself. Sunny Verma wanted to use very lower quality of material in the premises which we objected and denied to use it, Sunny Verma stopped to visit the affected site and absconded since 13/05/2019. We have contacted UrbanClap over phones as well as vide email communications (copies attached) to resolve the matter early and return our excess paid amount of Rs. 5.00 lacs paid to their registered contractor SUNNY VERMA of HOME OLIVE INTERIOR & DESIGNERS. We have not received any further response from UrbanClap so far at all. Therefore, I humbly request the judicial authorities to take up the matter with UrbanClap (the service provider company) who have registered the above company of SUNNY VERMA with wrong verification and issue necessary instructions to them to return my excess paid amount of Rs. 5.00 lacs paid to their registered contractor SUNNY VERMA of the above named Interior & Designer company. Sir, I have taken a loan from bank for said renovation work my house for which I am paying heavy interest to the bank. Also I would like to inform that my family is residing in a rented house of a monthly rent of Rs. 10000/- which is an extra financial burden on me as the whole interior portions of my house is demolished for repair and renovation. I shall appreciate your early action on the above facts.
