I booked a plumbing service on the Urban Company app. The service provider/plumber visited and provided the service that he overcharged us for. We asked the "professional" for invoice breakup but he refused to present the bill and claimed that he spent the amount given to him in advance (4000) for the spare parts. But the service and parts bought must have been lesser than that. We supervised the work and that didn't amout 8000 for sure. Moreover, he didn't even do his work properly. The pipeline is still blocked and the water is still not flowing from the tap. Next day, he ignored our calls and so did the customer care. Customer Care has only been feeling "sad" for my bad experience but no resolution till now. They are emailing automated responses only. PFA my email to them, their response and the incorrect invoice as shown and claimed by the plumber. It has been a highly disappointing experience.
