Theft in Hyundai service center (MR Hyundai, sahibabad)

I have had a worst experience of my life in getting my vehicle repaired at MR Hyundai Sahibabad, Ghaziabad.

I submitted my vehicle at MR Hyundai on 14th July 2018 as there was accidental damage in my car. They confirmed that it will be cashless and promised to deliver the vehicle after 15 to 25 days. But while waiting for Delivery order from insurance company and that was after waiting for more than 2.5 months, I got a phone call from insurance company that it can not be cashless and i need to pay 1 lac 44 thousand which is huge amount for me. So, they bluffed me in a way and false information was provided to me And I got my vehicle on 3rd Oct 2018 (by paying whole amount with the help of friends and family members) with lots of issues, no one checked the vehicle proactively and they were so dull and lazy that I needed to tell them to do undone things before delivery
And when I was home, the vehicle was full of defects - ABS, steering, airbag and handbrake check lights were there even after start of engine. After 3rd october, I visited MR hyundai 3 times and they asked me to come for 1 hour to resolve issues but they took my whole day(I needed to take the leave from office) and issue is not even resolved by unskilled labours at your service centres.

And after delivery when I visited MR hyundai, they removed the steering and then what I saw is shocking for me, the power steering motor that they changed at the time of repair was found old and it is even worse than the motor they showed at the time of replacing it. They charged 25000 from me(I dont have zero dep insurance) for the electronic power steering motor. I am duped by those bastards. I NEED COMPLETE INVESTIGATION OF MY VEHICLE ASAP.

Also, Before delivery I used to visit the service center and body shop to see progress of my car then what I got to see is they removed the side mirror of my car and placed it in another vehicle or they have damaged it, I dont know(it should be untouched as there was no damage in the side mirror, you can bring cctv footages or see the images).
Till the delivery time, it was not there and at the time of delivery they placed the side mirror by removing it from other vehicle in front of me. First of all, why they have misused my side mirror ?????? Who is responsible for it ???? Shall I not trust Hyundai before deposting my vehicle ????

Then finally I logged a complaint after all the stress and on 7th Oct 2018, from the service center when they were unable to resolve check light issue. Service center guys harassed me to sign a satifactory note. Also, No one called me from hyundai team after logging a complaint, so when I called them on 11th Oct 2018, your advisor asked that this compaint has been resolved and service center guys has updated them that work has been done. I mean how the hell you guys are dealing with a complaint???? What is the use of logging a complaint when it can be closed by the theifs you have at MR Hyundai????
After logging of complaint, no one called for 5 days and when customer calls you are telling it's resolved ???? Have some sense what are you guys doing???
If the culprit is the final decision maker in resolving complaibt then there is no point of complaint

So, at last your advisor passed my call to Robin(Area Manager) and I have explained whole issue again to him. He promised me to call next day and I waited for his call on 12 Oct 2018 but noone called. So, I called your complaints department and they had put me through Robin and then he said go to MR hyundai and they will resolve the issue. If it could be resolved through MR hyundai what is the use of this bloody complaint and then Robin hung up the phone on me. (I have phone recordings incase you guys dont have)

So, basically they are expecting me to visit the theifs(MR Hyundai) again to have my vehicle even more worse.
They have simply made my life hell and I not going to take that anymore either you guys do something else I will take this matter further.

Mind one thing, I am not going to MR hyundai at all to resolve the issue, I dont want to even see the bloody theives faces again in my life and I want compensation for all the harrasement, inconvenience and torture I am facing.

I have got my health and mental issues and due to this and also I had to visit service center time to time by marking half day from office this has caused me a lot of inconvenience and I have wasted lot of money and time because of appauling service.

This is the last escalation I am doing and I will go consumer court and social networking sites to expose your service center and body shop experience at MR hyundai.
