I have availed the service of Bihar student credit card yojna in the year 2018, and for the subsequent payment of next semester I applied online on 22nd-July-2019, after not receiving my loan even after 15 days I went to the office and after my inquiry, they opened my application for the first time and said it will take 15 days more,but I did not receive my amount even after 20 days and called on the tollfree number where I got to know that my loan is still pending and they said it will take 15 to 20 days more, today will 32 days since I have applied for the loan and they are saying it will take 20 days more I don't know how much more daye they will want, sir my last fee payment date has already passed and my father will have to pay the late fine from his pocket then what's the use of this scheme for the students.
please help in availing the right of receiving the payment at the right time, Though it is already delayed.
