I,Sri Brojo Gopal Chakraborty, Ex-Section Officer, RETIRED ON 31/01/97.NO ACTION/Payment HAS BEEN TAKEN/made in f/o me FOR THE LAST 19 YEARS OR MORE.
AFTER THE DEATH OF MY SPOUSE, I WAS UNDER CONTINUOUS TRAUMA FOR WHICH I COULD NOT KNOCK THE DOOR OF OFFICES FOR MY RETIREMENT BENEFITS.
TILL DATE SALARY FOR 01/97 & PENSION APPEARS TO HAVE NOT BEEN PAID/ARRANGED
PAYMENT OF C.E.L.S FOR UN-UTILISED LEAVE HAD NOT BEEN ARRANGED,
NO SINCERE ATTEMPT HAD BEEN TAKEN TO SETTLE MY GROUP INSURANCE SAVINGS FUND MONEY
I'M NOW ALMOST 80 YEARS OLD, SERIOUSLY ILL & STARVING FOR SURVIVING (WITH PROSTATE CANCER) IN THESE HARD DAYS OF LIVING WITH ONE UNEMPLOYED SON OF 35 YRS. OLD ON MY HEAD DUE TO NON RECEIPT OF MY LEGITIMATE DUES SINCE 01/02/1997
I have lodged series of complaints to all concerned including Public Grievance Redressal System under Finance Deptt. , Govt. of West Bengal and contacted electronically concerned Secretaries, chief secretary, Pr. Secty., Governor's Sectt.(of Govt. of West Bengal) through their respective official email id, but no body responded to my appeal of non receipt of legitimate dues since 01/02/1997 till date
