On 25/1/21 I bought 3 paneer tikka rolls as takeaway from Rolls King outlet at Golf Course Road. After reaching home, I took out the roll from the packet to find foreign object (hair) between the bread & the butter paper. When I called the outlet to complain they shrugged it off and didn't even bother to apologise and send a replacement. After I insisted on speaking to the manager / owner they provided me a mobile number 8929058779 but none answered the phone nor called back. The premises must be inspected for compliance to FSSAI regulations and strict action should be taken against such restaurants with fines imposed on them for failure to maintain proper hygiene and food standards.
