I Praveen Jain, a resident of New Sama, went to Ratri Bazar in Karelibaug on the night of 3rd November, I ordered a bottle of Thums Up of 250 ml of Rs. 15 from Kahumbo, 7 Ratri Bazar, but instead I was charged Rs. 20. Upon questioning the above said restaurant's owner, he started screaming at me and my family and verbally assaulted us. It was a traumatising sight for my 14 year old daughter and wife. Hence I seek redressal. I then went ahead to ask for bill, and then he gave me a non-descriptive bill which only says that I have been charged Rs. 20 for a Cold Drink with no description and details of the specific order of a 250 ml Thums Up with an MRP of Rs. 15. I humbly request you to take action against the said establishment, so that other patrons do not have to go through the horrible experience that I went through. I shall be obliged to you.

I Ritesh Jain, resident of sector 12a panchkula, today (27/07/2019) I went to the big bro bakery sector 9 panchkula with my wife. And have ordered assorted water (Coke) and a burger. When I received my order they have given me a can of coke and the price on the can was RS 35 and they charged Rs. 100 which is thrice above then MRP. on complaining to the restaurant manager they said they will charge 100 only and giving exhuses that it's a imported quality. went ahead to ask for bill, and then he gave me a non-descriptive bill which only says that I have been charged Rs.100 for a Cold Drink with no description and details of the specific order of a come can with an MRP of Rs.35.
