It's a restaurant that scams innocent people.. They billed me 2 times for the food and resist to refund the amount. This happened on 20th Feb when i went with my family for lunch. They charged me ₹920 twice. The food bill amt was ₹866 on which I added a ₹50 tip for the waiter. If the 1st transaction didn't go thru then they should only charged me the food bill infact asked to me pay the tip again. Upon confronting them that the amount has been debited twice as shown in my bank statement. Mr. Navin at the counter said we don't believe in bank statement as it's not correct, i also showed him my bank statement and he refused to check his bank statement and rather showed me bunch of receipt. The owner is least bother about his customers as the staff is making money by scamming innocent people. They have a Axis Bank card machine which helps them in scamming people, BEWARE OF THAT MACHINE.. coz after that he will make you speak to bank person over the call. Who tells us to contact our bank. I didn't expect such a restaurant to do such things. Since then I have completely stopped going to that restaurant. Attached is receipt which they gave for failed transaction. I would also take this to the cops but as we being service people don't have the time to do all this but it seems it's required and we will have to remove time for such people from our daily routine. I'm also going to do a consumer complaint against them. Owner ne aise hi kar ke Mercedes li hai.
I would never ever step in your restaurant and I'll make sure this spreads out like fire.
