Poor network, unwilling staff and indifferent company ethics

Few days back the internet services, through the dongal, stopped completely. So my parents called me for solutions, as they are senior citizens and are not very tech savvy. I searched the number of jio stores in ajmer and told them to explain the problem to the executive.
Later they informed me that the executive is unable to help them and he is saying to visit the service center of jio which is in the other corner of the city. I told them to tell the executive to call me so that I can understand the problem myself.
Some lalit (090790 99828) call me and started making excuses that he cannot assist in any way and my parents have to visit the service center. He was also indifferent to the fact that my father is around 73 years old and in this covid 19 environment it is not safe for him to move around the city.
When there was no effect on him of my requests I had to ask my parents to go to the service center and get the dongal fixed.
Having no other option my parents went to the service station where after checking the dongal the executive said that the password got changed. I fail to understand how can the password get changed automatically. All other requests of my parents were declined due to low network issues. Imagine low network issues happening in the service center of a mobile network provider.
Assuring that it will work fine from now onwards the dongal was returned to my parents. On asking if the problem persist, my parents were told to buy a new dongal.
Today when I called up my mother to check the status she told me the problem is still same.
They requested me to jot down a complaint on the jio website. Astonishingly, it was a shock for me that there was no place on the internet on the jio website that I can launch a grievance. All the complaint numbers listed on Google were either wrong numbers or out of service.
The customer care number (18008899999) neither had any option to register a complaint nor it had any option to talk to a costumer care executive.
The executives of the store and service center obviously will be so poor in customer servicing when the company itself is so defensive and unwelcoming to complaint and grievance.
