black patches and smudges on the new samsung refrigerator.. detailed inteaction with company is below..
our question
When I raised this issue with the concerned, never realised that I had to come to this level to get this sorted out. Complaint was first raised with Attinkara electronics, kottarakkara kerala in the first week of april. one of your Engineer came and inspected in two days. After that, a gentleman and a lady from samsung kollam office called to say that i have used a soap solution, hence it is rusted. It looks like they did not even understand the issue. It is not rusted, it looks more like patches/ smudges. i can whatsapp the pics if you share the number. I purchased this 8 months back & now i am running around many of you- and they tried their level best to blame me on using soap solution. As per them it is rusted due to soap solution. For the sake of argument, how come a fridge develop black patche on only certain areas when use soap solution? .. if i use soap solution, i will use the entire body and there should have been patches all over.. I am sure your employees have every right to protect your organisation, but not at the cost of my basic rights of having a trouble free product.. Atleast during the warranty period.. . I have so far interacted with one Mr. Tarun and Mr. Bashabeer. Both of them made same statements which are against any normal person logic. They were so kind to me to even offer to change the door against a payment.. I must thank them for their generosity. Look forward to hear from you.
