Respected sir/madam.most humbly I would like to share the I'll effecting behavior of freecharge.com online payment company.I did on line tata sky dth recharge through I'd shoebhashmi3110@yahoo.com of free charge app on 2/11/17 on no. 1094929732 of amount 100/- & it became successful txn no. FCDM171102679881494 dated 2/11/17 . whereas I did nt received the balance.after mail to care@freecharge.com several complaints done but only reply that it will be updated in 48 hrs always come.very poor responces and hope very I'll effecting customers value and relation.its cause unnessexary stress.if not done then the amount should be refunded simply.in hope of urs intervention please and ura favourable help will boost up the moral of customers. Thanks sir
