I have been paid Rs 36 for my mobile validity period extension and I have been received email from Mobikwik that our transaction is failed but I have been received message from my Bank RS 36 has been debited from my account . I would therefore request kindly look into the matter and must be solve this matter

    By mistake wrong number of recharge is done

    make a payment of my recharge. Through mobikwik wallet . My mobile number is 8299460120. But my recharge is done on 8999460120 . When I call to confirm I make the recharge on your number by mistake. They deny me that I have not received any recharge and message and cut my Call and they add my number In reject list so I unable to contact them .
