Money deducted from sbi yono lite app towards recharge of tatasky but recharge not done

An amount of rs250 was deducted by sbi yono lite app towards recharge of tatasky Id 1049973652 on 3rd jan.2021 but no recharge was received.Also the amount has not been reversed to my bank account till today.when contact ed to tatasky customer care they said that I will receive the refund within 7 day but I haven't.
