We have a f.i.r against umesh davara,when we came to Mumbai to arrest umesh dubara,the colony manager didn't want to show umesh to the Punjab police,even Mumbai police didn't help us,they give us 30 days to arrest umesh dubara,but now 3 months have been passed,now Mumbai police didn't help us,what we should do,i think umesh give him money,one police officer name is devrey from malad police station
