Non Delivery of Goods after Full Payment made

The goods was supposed to be dispatched by 13 Dec and later on 13 Dec, i received a mail and also a phone call saying that it will dispatched by 15 Dec.
However after that day, no further communication was there between us. We tried to contact over Phone lots of times, but either we used to get no Reply or Switched Off. Again by email, we wrote to them, but no response was received.
Please try that we get the materials. If there was any problem in dispatch, why did the company choose to not reply back.
