Dear Sir/Madam,
This is in reference to the order I was trying to place through jio mart app on My jio on 27th September, 2020.
Rs. 3969.22 deducted from my State bank of India Account & order couldn't be placed.
Thereafter, I have lodged complaints through helpline no. as well as through email but there has been no refund till date.
It has been more than 18 days now & no positive response from jio mart officials. They are forwarding the same system generated emails from last 15 days.
My Transaction id / UPI ID - 027116286412.
Kindly help me as I am feeling helpless from last 15 days.
