I HAVE BOOKED FLIGHT TICKET ON 11TH JUNE 2021 FOR FLIGHT ON 25TH JULY 2021 FROM KOCHI TO PATNA. AFTER RECEIVING PAYMENT FROM MY ACCCOUNT, I HAVE GOT A REFERENCE NUMBER REF137473466. IMMEDIATELY RECEIVED MESSAGE AND CALL FROM TRAVOLOOK THAT FLIGHT IS CANCELLED DUE TO OPERATIONAL REASONS. INSPITE OF REPEATED REQUESTS, MY PAYMENT NOT RECEIVED.
