Sold old and used product in MRP - Suvam Telesolutions

To whom it may concern,

I usually do not take such drastic steps in situations like this however, I am at my wits end and I will write the complaint in as much few words possible.
I visited this shop with my colleague once many years back and the shop looked decent , the owner and employees inclusive. 3 years back I went to get a new cellphone for myself and I hoped for Motorola. However , when I called the owner to seek if it was in stock , he did not acknowledge the product and my wishes as a customer , instead he led me into buying a completely different phone . Now , he being a good associate with my colleague , I had my trust on his take at electronic gadgets and in his words the cellphones which were and I quote him, Suvam the owner of the shop, "trending" at that point of time. He suggested me Sony Experia series phone, to which me being a gadget nerd, I was aware the phone would not suffice my requirements. I recollect telling him countless number of times of getting the phone of my choice and also the fact that I was willing to wait even few weeks if he required time - regardless he kept on insisting me of getting the phone which he suggested. He and my colleague were in good terms and I bought the phone to avoid any unnecessary debates.

It was 2015 Durga Puja festivals were on and the very phone which he sold me had issues ( stopped working, the screen will not turn on)and it could not be repaired since Sony had stopped manufacturing its phone parts. I was travelling at that point and I had a flight to catch . Like any other person in 21st century phone is important specially when your work involves you to travel, co-ordinate with your team members from various parts of the country. In such a crisis situation , I had gone to his shop, prepared with cash for down payment of the new phone's total price. As usual the phone which I was seeking was not present in the shop and Suvam again tried to divert me towards another phone. This time it was LeCo Les1. For Christ sake, I haven't even heard of the phone before. However on seeing the phone's demo by one of the shop employees I thought of getting this phone for the time being as it will serve the purpose of communication.

Let me describe this amazing phone :

In few months since buying, the phone was lagging, getting heated up. The phone would switch off in middle of my work. I have lost count how many times this happened eventually costing me a loss to my business. If you touched the sensitive touch keys , even at the slightest touch the whole phone's screen would turn off.
I wanted to secure my phone and Leco phones have their own system security like any other phones,where you put in your number and email and it will help you achieve the phone if it is lost. In the process of it , when I was putting in my credentials , a message box read,
"This phone is already registered to another number. Please deactivate the other number and try again." - This clearly shows the phone belonged to someone else before it was sold to me in Factory MRP . On further researching on the web, I found out about the shop on reviews and many people have complained of this shop selling people unauthorized, used gadgets.
I have tried calling their shop, no one attended the call. I have tired reaching the number they have provided on google maps but alas, there was no one to my aid.
I strongly recommend to look after this complaint of mine and do the needful towards the shop. We work hard to earn our money and leeches like Suvam are there basking in their webbing of con and scam, sucking out money from common people.

The phone is now discontinued all over due to its bad reviews and its costs show around 10,000 INR but he sold it to me for 12,000 INR since I was not learned about this phone. There are no customer care support nothing for this company here in India.

As a shop keeper I believe he has violated many rules and laws here which are of serious concern. I hold Suvam liable of any inconvenience that I have faced with this phone.
The main motive of this shop and his employees are to get rid off phones which are less popular to people claiming they are good just to clear out their stock regardless of the customer's requirements.

This is a call for help for people like me who all have suffered because of them.
Please do look into this situation. If not , these buffoons will continue their scam .
