i Arvinder singh sarana bought REDMI NOTE 4 (4+64GB) XIOMI from SACHIN NEXGEN,330A Ground Floor Model Town Extension Ludhiana Punjab(M No: 9876911106)Which cots INR 13800/-on 20-09-2017. I am facing manufacturing problem with Voice software. Headphone option appears on screen all the time & i am not able to listen & hear calls or texts without headphone on.When i approached the shopkeeper (SACHIN NEXGEN)he advised me to go to Service center. after that when i went to REDMI service center (QDIGI SERVICES LIMITED,Shop No. 19,Gole Market, Model Town, Ludhiana-0161 4649101) they have kept the phone for 48hrs. and returned me by saying that the phone has liquid for which i have to pay INR 5500/-to resolve the issue.Here i state that my phone is within guarantee/warranty period. after that i talk to REDMI company on 04/09/2018 over helpline number they issued me a Complaint Number WOIN201809400486. Company hasn't given me any satisfied reply. I was been assured at the time of purchasing that if i come across any manufacturing defect within guarantee/warranty period that will be solved free of cost. I request you to take an action under Consumer protection act 1986 against shopkeeper & service center to harass me unnecessarily. i am attaching herewith the Original copy of mobile bill and complaint service order details copy.i request you to resolve my issue as soon as possible.
