I Devkaran S/o Bhoop Singh , R/o H.No. DC-613, Dabua Colony , NIT Faridabad.
I have purchase a karbonn mobile through online bearing model name Karbonn Titanium S 205 2GB on dated 11.05.2016.
Due to battery problem I give the above mobile in your Service Centre (Triple Solution , Shop no. 5E/35, Near Rasoi Restaurant, Mungfali Chowk, NIT Faridabad) vide your Job Sheet No. KJASPHR098916KR44046 AND Dated 03.09.2016) Copy of Job Sheet attached )
In this regards, I have many times call to Service Centre and Customer Care of Karbonn Mobiles but no received & satisfaction answer.
And more than 25 days has been expired but I have not received any information from your end.
So you are requested to please look in to the matter and returned my mobiles new Battery after replacement.
