Dear Team,
I sagar Ramlal Nasit, had applied for home loan in ICICI at Surat location for loan amount 30 lakhs in April 2019. After login , I got a call from ICICI bank executive and informed me that my financial eligibility not meet for 30 lakh loan due to obligation of my business loan in HDFC bank. Executive requested me to pay 1.50 lakh as a part payment against my business loan to meet the eligibility.
At that time , I am unable to pay part payment of Rs. 1.50 lakh and same is informed to ICICI executive.
Than after, there were no any conversion with bank and i got a text message for loan approval on 24th April 2019 but till not getting sanction letter. And even not get any loan related information liked ROI, Tenure, approved loan amount, charges, etc.
After 4 months, ICICI has debited 20591/-on 08th August,2019 from my IDBI account as a processing charged even though I have not seen my sanction letter till the date.
Thereafter, I personally meet to Mr. Survesh Mishra at ICICI Surat home loan branch for refund request of my processing fees but he denied refund in very bad way. And threat me with words થાયે તે કરી લો રિફંડ નહિ થાયે.
Now, Requesting you to please look in this matter positively for refund my PF.
