And he said me my existing loan of Rs. 5 lac. and Your offer of 93k both interest rate will be reduced till 11.25%.
So, second loan of rupees 93k he offered me to take in 2 stage first 43k and second 50k. And whole calculations for same he was understood me. It comes till 7.3 lac something.
Today, I realize that amount till end of closing loan is around 8.1 lac.
Mr. G Shrinivas is clearly changing his words and cheating with me.
Now, he is doing drama & offering me to close only first taken 43k amount with same interest of 16% PA
I really fed up with icici loan department,
It is clearly frod.
I have all the recordings of our talk, also Icici bank can investigate and confirm.
If this issue will not resolve by Icici, then I will go with next step.
Note - I am expecting call from senior Icici department.
