As above subject I would like to request you that I have made a complaint regarding delay of releasing house loan white complaint number 541 976 1 in December 2019. I have submitted all the relevant document on 25th September 2019 at nigdhu branch code 13691 this branch referred it to our RACC State Bank of India nilokheri code 50765 .This Bank did note work on this application for about three months. On 21 December 2019 they called me and opened the account of 2800000 No 39014607159. I requested not to open the account because my foreclosure certificate submitted by me has expired because its validity was one month but the bank sent me that there is no need to take a fresh foreclosure and they made the draft on 21st December 2019 but did not submit it to PNB housing finance limited Karnal. It was cleared on 4th of January 2020 the interest of loan of period 25th December 2019 and 3rd of January 2020 was debited from my account of house loan. I have no fault on my side because I have timely submitted all the documents including foreclosure and others decrement the bank delayed the process and find me the interest of that amount which was not credited in my my account really. I have paid double the interest of the above said amount in State Bank of India as well as PNB housing finance limited Karnal. Now I request to please do all needful action regarding my complaint and I have lost of amount 15000 plus mental harassment appox. 50000 in total.
I have made a complaint to Bank and customer care but no response came from their side.
