Dear Sir/ Madam
Subject : ECS Mandate not presented in Bank and bounce letter received.
I have applied for consumer durable loan in the month of January 2017 with all the requited
document with ECS mandate too.
My loan has been sanction and disbursed on January 31, 2017. My next EMI was on March 02,
2017 and I had been asked to pay the amount by Bajaj Finance as ECS mandate was not hit to my
account. Upon, asking the reason to customer care, they replied that ECS mandate was not
received by the bank. Hence, they have asked to get in touch with bank.
However, I wish to inform you that you should have been informed me prior to dishonored of
ECS. This is not my mistake as I have already submitted ECS to you.
Now, I come to know that Rs.345/- has been deducted from account without any reason hence I am requesting you to refund this amount (And all the damages done to me) and activate my ECS and manually present the same.
Also, I want compensation as this is not my fault and there should no be any reflection in CIBIL.
Hence, I am requesting you to intervene in this concern and resolve the concern on priority basis.

I am not at all looking for any compensation. As I told you earlier I am the director of the Pvt Ltd company and we had applied for 60,00,000 from Uco Bank under MSME CGTMSE Scheme and we have received the In principle Sanction Letter and They have told to visit the Branch on 3rd Week of April 2017 and if any thing goes wrong, Then entirely Bajaj Has to take care of this issue and more over i will be in threat of Loosing my Job also. Hence it is not only damaging my Bank Statement as well as it is damaging my Personal Life. Kindly understand the seriousness of the matter and Kindly contest very strongly else please tell me I can elevate this matter to Consumer Court of Pune, I am ready for that also. Kindly understand I want Justice at any cost. When I have not any fault then why i should get the pain
