I bought Jawaharlal Bera ,,,, Jamshedpur, I bought hp laptop on 16/09/2019 ..... Two months later, the mother board broke down, made the company again, but then after a few days, I was spoiled again. Told the company that this product is defective, Pls replace it, after repairing it gave me the product and then a few days later the laptop off. A few days after the Complan came on 15/09/2020, checked and left parts and Engineer did not even turn on the laptop, say you have to install some more parts in the system, then I said ok, do not close my complex until it is fixed. After receiving no response for a few days, I went to the service center and deposited the laptop myself. service center staff said it will take some time ....... then after a few days it is known that the laptop will not be made you will be charged. The splash company has cheated me. I want my money or new product.
