Dear Sir/ Mam, I am RAHUL KAR from Nadia, WEST BENGAL. My IRCTC User id is WJAISTL01523. It is suspended by the railway due to the railway act 143. Next, I fought the case against RPF and I won the case. Now I am totally free from this case. My judgment copy which is issued by the COURT OF THE JUDICIAL MAGISTRATE, FIRST CLASS, RAILWAY COURT, RANAGHAT. Now I can not access my railway portal which is issued IRCTC through the NATION XPRESS company. Many times I have talked with the company and written a mail to open my portal but every time they avoid me and chitting with me, they have blocked my portal balance. They have blocked Rs 65000. They do not refund my balance back. So please release the order or take action with my PSP company NATION XPRESS for assistance in opening my portal to book rail tickets again or refund my total money. Please also give me a reply as soon as possible.
