I have invested Rs. 400000.00 in last 4 years from 2012 to 2015 in HDFC SL Classic Assure Insurance Plan, Policy No. 15581376.
In the policy form they mentioned the total surrender benefits (guaranteed and non-guaranteed) after 15th Nov 2016 is Rs. 340802.00 with 6% assured return and Rs. 368714.00 with 10% assured return. As per the agent of HDFC Life the highest value will be returned.
Due to some personal reason I have surrendered my policy to HDFC Life on 21st Dec 2016 and the bank credited Rs. 271372.86 on 26th Dec 2016 in account.
The HDFC Life earned some benefits from my 4 years investments and also Hdfc life declared some bonus for my policy every year.
As per my opinion the HDFC Life already earned Rs. 200000.00 from my investment then why they are not returning my invested money.
So, my claim is the balance of my investment.
