Request to register complaint against Maxlife insurance company regarding mischief and fraud

Dear Sir,
I have purchased MaxLife General Insurance Policy Number # 278702717 in 2015 in favor of my wife. In which I have deposited Rs 4939/- every month through bank ECS for 5 years i.e. from 2015 to 2021. This amount is approx 3.28 lakhs. At the time of buying the policy the agent of Max Life had promised me that, the policy is for 10 years, however, you can withdraw the deposit amount after 3 years of this policy.
Last March 2021 when I needed money due to corona pandemic, I requested Max Customer Care to discontinue this policy and return my savings to me. However, Max Life Company gave the surrender value of my policy as only Rs 2.12 lakh.
I do not understand why Max Company is deducting Rs 1.12 lakh from my sweat from above instead of paying any interest and bonus on my savings of about Rs 3.28 lakh. Which is going to be 40% of my total savings.
Later I have repeatedly requested the company to stop the deduction of ECS from my account under this policy and return my money along with interest at the earliest. But today Max Life is not returning my money for more than a year. Not only this, company officials are also threatening through email and during face-to-face meetings. So I want to take recourse to consumer court for justice.
Taking cognizance of the above, I request you to register my complaint against Maxlife's agent as well as the company's fraud.
