Madiclame rejection, reimbursement claim is not giving by Maxbupa health insurance

DEAR SIR/MAM,

My policy no 30515569201600 & claim no 193856
I m writing this letter for complaining that after 1-1/2 month later my reimbursement claim is not
giving by you without giving any satisfactory answer.

My wife is undergone myomectomy operation at 10/06/16 and before the operation about 15-20days we
informed max bupa about the medical problem. and after operation i send all the revel ant documents
which is required for reimbursement claim.

But now your costumer care executive is saying that my claim is rejected because of disease exist
before and have stomach pain since 2-4 months. Which we have not informed max bupa for our symptoms.

IS it not some baseless or foolish answer giving from your side how i came to know before? When we
fist review our doctor in may -2016. We can tell or informed max bupa after the diagnosis of the
disease only. And on the time of physical verification from your representative also my wife said that
she has stomach pain on the time of menses which is but natural. There is great difference between
symptoms and diagnosis How we people came to know that 2 months before stomach pain which is in the
time of menses is some medical issue.... ?? as soon as we diagnose the disease we informed max bupa.

Plzz you go to our case again and review it. Give me the answer that has just any sense on it. Because
max bupa is one of the renowned health insurance company we didn’t expect this type of carelessness
from your side.
I hope you get back to us with some positive or sensible answer.
