My pli policie no aps-nm-56445-l matured on 01 jan 2016. I am unable to take money in in time because my policy pay order misplaced. After new policy pay was received on sep 2018. My policy maturity value is 53260. At time I am taking money at sep 2018 amount was given 53260 only. After maturity near abot 31 months my money is held in post office. I am eligible to take normal interest or not???
